CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK
We will accepts all artwork must in CMYK format with the minimum resolution of 300 DPI, also avoid the using low pixel and RGB images, if your design will not be on printing requirements, after printing we will not be responsible for any color difference, also we will responsible for images printed pixilated due to your provided designs, images etc.
PROOFING & MATCHING
Before printing we will need your approval for print the job, so after placing the order we’ll sent you a PDF digital proof / design with all related details, client will be responsible to re-viewing all specification and design regards his order. Once client will be approved it then we will sent the job to production, after approval / printing, as per our recommendation please check all specification clearly like content (spelling, design elements and size of artwork), you can also print-out proof by home/office printer and check it deeply, we will not be responsible for any errors beyond that was in specification / digital proof. it is the responsibility of the customer to review the final artwork proof as proofreading is the responsibility of the customer. If you find any error in proofing please let us know immediately for removing the errors, our experts designers will bee help you to sot-out those errors.

ORDER CANCELLATION / RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customer can be cancel his order but that can apply in some condition are below:
- Cancellation can be apply before Printing / shipping, after printing/shipping it will be not cancel.
- Before printing cancellation charges will be apply plus 5% of total amount to cover bank charges and digital processing.
- If your order in printing process but it will not be fully printed then company will charged you 50% of total amount.
- In-Case any errors that we made in production like spell, Grammatical and Mark Errors, layout size and die cutting then will re-print the order, NO REFUND or Credits.
- After order delivery date within 3 working days in any issue in damage and missing items we will not be responsible for any claim.
- Shipping charges will be NOT REFUNDABLE. including those orders that are returned for any think. No Exceptions.
- You will be agreed for delays in shipping due to bad weather, shipping company issues and custom issues and other’s.
- At delivery stage customer needs to get delivery of full tracking items that are mentioned without any damaged and missing.
